Classes are held continuously on a drop - in basis meaning that you
attend whenever it suits and do not have to pay in block sums up front (although block
classes are offered at a discounted rate).
Beginners classes are aimed at complete dance virgins, so fear not,
you will be amongst peers! Beginners classes can be found three nights a week at the
following venues: Monday Nights, Club Cuba; 8pm, Tuesday nights, The Victoria Hotel, 8pm;
Thursday nights, Aras na Gael, 8.30pm.
As you improve you can take the brave, soul enriching step up to Improvers.
A joyous occasion from which you will not look back. These classes are held every Monday and
Tuesday night at 9.00pm following the Beginners class and on Thursday night at 7.30pm (immediately
before the Beginners Class).
Classes cost €10 (a block of 6 classes may be purchased for €50, or
€40 for students and unemployed). For those brave enough (and there are quite a few) who enjoy
the rigours of doing two each night (i.e. Beginners followed by Improvers) there is an extra charge
€5 for each extra class. All are welcome. You do not need a partner. Just wear comfortable clothes,
flat comfortable shoes and a smile! We'll do the rest...
